How to Become an IBPS HR Officer?
Educational Qualification – The candidate should have the graduation degree from any recognized university or institution. The candidate should have the Post-graduation degree or diploma in personnel management/ industrial relations/ HR/ HRD/ Social work/ Labour Law.
