SBI Clerk Application Form 2019

SBI Clerk Application Form 2019 dates
The form release is already going on as it has to be scheduled in June 2019. The online registration is already started from April 12th and going on.
The last date to submit the application form only lasts in 3rd May 2019 and along with that the online payment fees have to be made in May 2019 itself and should not be delayed.
The editing of an online application is also going on. The whole things mentioned above is already going on to the candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria should try to apply for the post. The last date disclosed for taking the print out of the application form is 18th May 2019.

SBI Clerk Application Fees
SBI has introduced some fees for the application. The mode for making the fee payment is online and it can be paid using a debit card/ credit card/ internet banking since its online so online banking services can only be used to make payment.
No offline, no cash, no demand draft to be accepted. This fee is nonrefundable once it is paid. As per the fee structure decided by SBI, the categories such as SC/ ST/ PWD/ XS need to pay Rs.100/- which is intimation charges only.
The other category which is General and OBC need to pay Rs.600/- which is application fees including intimation charges as well.
Prerequisite and necessary documentation
The first and most important part is to have a valid email ID which would be very helpful for all the communications with the bank and it should be active till the declaration of results of the exam.
All the necessary documents such as call letter, results and many more would be shared on this email ID only.
Candidates must get their scanned photograph and signature to be uploaded in the application form.
The photograph has to be recent passport size color photo and should not be morphed one as it can lead to rejection of application form.
The photograph should have following dimensions 200*230 pixels (preferred) and the size of the file should be between 20kb-50kb.
The signature should be scanned with the candidate’s sign to be done on white paper with Black Ink pen. The size of the photo to be uploaded should be between 10kb-20kb and its dimensions have to be 140*60 pixels (preferred).
Steps to fill SBI Clerk Application form
This is the five-step procedure:

Step 1: Filling up Basic information
Firstly, candidates need to click on “SBI Clerk 2019 Application Form 2019” where on clicking link, candidates are directed to the SBI Clerk 2017 Registration window. After that, ‘Click Here for New Registration’ tab has to be selected.
Then the candidates need to check the application form which will appear on the screen having instructions and click continue button and further fill general details such as name, mobile number, email ID, confirm email ID and security code.
After successful registration, candidates will be provided with registration number and password. The credentials are very important for further communications and downloads and should be preserved by the candidate.
Step 2: Uploading Photograph and signature
The candidates need to upload the photograph and signature with the dimensions specified above. The candidate will get the link to upload these while filling up the application form. The file size and format has to be of specified size otherwise it would not be uploaded as one error would be displayed. Once uploaded, the online application will be provisionally registered.
Some more specifications of the photograph include the picture background has to be preferably white, a light colored background to be chosen and photo should be colored.
The size should not exceed than 50 Kb as specified above, in case, it is more than 50 kb, then adjustments have to be made using the scanner.
Signature specifications include the particulars or signature to be signed on white paper with black ink pen and have to be signed by the applicant.
If the signature does not match during the examination with the signature mentioned on attendance sheet/ Hall ticket, the candidate will be disqualified. The size of the scanned image should not exceed 20 kb.
The scanner resolution should be set to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch) and the color of the scanner should be set to true color. The file size should be as per the specifications mentioned.
The image has to be cropped in the scanner to the edge of photograph/ signature, then using upload editor, crop the image to specified and final size. The file should have the JPG or JPEG format.
Step 3: Uploading basic details
After proceeding the above process, the candidates will get 5 specific details to be filled.
The first one is basic details where the candidates need to select the post to be applied either ‘Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales)’ or ‘Junior Agricultural Associates’. Candidates need to select the state and circle and also select their category from which they belong and further information related to official language and marks scored in class 10.
The second section consists of the corresponding address where the candidates need to mention their permanent and temporary address.
The third section needs to be specified with the education qualification where the candidates need to mention the details of their graduation or post-graduation like subject studied, year of passing, marks scored, name of the college/ institution.
In the fourth section, candidates should specify their work experience and enter details related to it.
The last section, that is, the fifth section should be filled with the information related to a language known by the candidate.
Step 4: Preview of Application form
At this stage, the candidates should check the particulars and information mentioned carefully and in case any changes required could only be done here.
Once ensured that the particulars are correct, candidates should submit the form and proceed for making fee payment process. There would be no changes entertained once the form is submitted.
Step 5: Payment of application fees
Once the final form is submitted, the candidates will be directed to the payment gateway integrated with the application where the candidate can make the payment through the use of a debit card, credit card, and internet banking by providing the information required.
If there are any transaction charges applicable, it has to be borne by the candidates. In case of failure of online transaction, the candidates have to register again and make the payment again online. The fee is as per the amount already mentioned.
Print out and E-receipt
Once the successful completion of the transaction is done, e –receipt and application form of the SBI clerk with the date entered by the candidate will be generated and it has to be printed.
The receipt should be preserved by the candidate for future use or in case of any discrepancy candidate must have it.
Things to be followed while filling the form
Candidates must ensure that the details that are mentioned in the form has to be authentic and they can be asked to provide the proof for the same at the later stage, in case if it is required by the organization.
There should not be any blank field while the application form is submitted and candidates should use ‘Save and next” button for moving to the next page.
Once all the details are filled in the form, candidates should “SAVE” the data and preserve the registration number and password.
The payment has to be made using the payment gateway integrated with the application only and should not use any other payment gateway. In case of failure of payment, the candidate needs to repeat the entire process for filling the form and making the payment.
Important points to note
Candidates should make sure that the details entered should be correct as no further changes would be entertained at any cost if a form is submitted.
Once submitted, the candidate should take a print out of the online application form. Candidates should try to apply for the job post much before close date as last time process might be delayed due to disconnection/ inability/ failure to log on the website due to heavy load.
Candidates need to submit only one SBI Clerk application form as multiple form submission could lead to the applicable charges/ intimation charges to be forfeited and only last valid application will be considered and retained.
It’s a long process to be followed to fill up the application form but it should be processed by the candidate with complete focus.
As the SBI Clerk application form requires the authenticated details, so there are no chances of approval or acceptance of SBI Clerk Online form with incorrect details.
Also, as the payment of the fees is also associated with the SBI Clerk application form, so only one and complete form has to be submitted.
