186. The pattern of examination conducted by IBPS certainly ceases the opportunity for rural candidates instead urban candidates who are exposed to various kinds of training will succeed. However, after selection not even 50% of the candidates will report for duty (as seen in the recent past).

     One more thing IBPS should know is that a candidate studied in Govt. School will not have much exposure. The students from rural areas will not be able to converse in english, whereas student studied with CBSE/ICSE syllabus will be able cope up with the system because of the syllabus meant for them. In my view the syllabus prepared by intellectuals from IIMs/IITs should go. The procedure of exams should be made simple rather than making it complicated, which a rural student cannot understand at all.

     Hope, IBPS will look into this.

       you can attend only one exam so according to your preparation lebel you must attend any one of them. IBPS will not extend your date of exam.so,in my mind it’s better you go for IBPS.
