Nationality: – It is also known as Citizenship. Participants must have one of these given citizenships.
- Citizen of Indian
- Citizen of Nepal
- Citizen of Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee
- Migrated Peoples from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

The candidate who belongs to other countries or is migrants should produce the certificate of eligibility which has to be issued by Indian Government.
The candidates should make a note of the above points in terms of nationality. The nationality means the citizenship. The person should be firstly considered to be eligible in nationality and then in all other aspects.
Educational Qualification – Candidates, must have Graduation Degree from the any recognized University of State Govt. Or Central Govt.

Computer Knowledge – Candidates must have Knowledge of operating a computer must have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations / Language / should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School /College/Institute.
And Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
